Why Is There a Source of Light in the East During Sunset?

"These two videos were taken by one of my students driving south on I-19 from Tucson, Arizona to Avalon Organic Gardens & EcoVillage. The videos clearly show a point of light in the east at the same time that the sun is setting in the west. This is a great catch of the second sun which is being seen all around the world.
